I am happy to announce that Elevated Health will continue to offer telemedicine services to non-members from now until the end of June 2020! If you are an individual with no current health insurance or if you have not been able to see your primary health provider due to the epidemic, we are here to help!

What is telemedicine?
Telehealth services typically utilize video technology to facilitate a virtual visit with a healthcare provider from the comfort of your home. In order to access our telehealth services, you just need to have a computer and/or cell phone or tablet with video chatting capabilities and internet connection. If preferred, a telemedicine visit can also be done as a standard phone call.
Is telemedicine safe?
Yes. When used under the right conditions, telemedicine has been shown to be as safe and effective as in-person care.
What are the benefits of telemedicine?
Whether a patient lives in a remote area or has a busy schedule that does not allow time to visit a physician, telemedicine can help improve a person’s overall health and well-being.
How do patients benefit from telemedicine?
Telemedicine gives patients the opportunity to receive care without a trip to the doctor’s office. There is no wasted time on traveling, public transportation, or time away from work or family responsibilities. Patients also don’t risk exposure to other communicable illnesses.
