Primary Care Physician

Full-Time | In-Person · 4–6 patients per day · 30–60 minute appointments · Monday–Friday (no hospital call) · Direct Primary Care model · Atlas EMR
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation in Atlas EMR
- Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active California Medical License
- DEA registration and NPI required
- 3–5 years clinical experience preferred
Primary Care Physician
Redding, CA · Full-Time

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Huntington Beach, CA · Full-Time
Full-Time | In-Person · Mon / Wed / Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Tue / Thu: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM · Boutique primary care · Back-office clinical role
Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs
- Assist providers with exams and procedures
- Administer medications and injections as ordered
- Perform clinical tasks including EKGs, urine dips, and specimen collection
- Maintain steady patient flow and support an efficient schedule
- Document thoroughly and in a timely manner in the EMR
- Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a medical office setting (primary care preferred)
- Experience in both front office and back office duties
- Current California LVN license
- Proficient in phlebotomy — venipuncture required
- Proficient in IV placement and infusion therapy
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain discretion
- Team-oriented with a professional, positive attitude
