Counseling Sessions With Dr. Steph

Our goal is to create a safe space where your concerns can be addressed. We are pleased to offer whole-person care that addresses not only your physical health, but also your mental health needs.

The first counseling session is an intake where I gather information about your presenting concern and history. It’s a great time for me to get to know you and begin to conceptualize what led you to this point in your life and what will help improve your overall well-being. At the end of the first session, we will discuss your goals, so that we can develop a treatment plan. The first session is one hour and costs $80.

I value a collaborative approach to counseling and see you as the expert on yourself, and I am skilled in psychology. We work together for you to improve your life. Most people notice significant improvement in 4-6 weeks when seen weekly for hour-long sessions, which is the typical frequency and session length. However, if time or budget are concerns, then we offer shorter sessions of 15-minute ($20), 30-minute ($40), and 45-minute ($60). Some people complete treatment within two months; however, others may be in counseling for a longer period of time. Throughout counseling, we will discuss the best options for your care.

Welcome to Counseling at Elevated Health!

Have a safe place to discuss issues that you may have been avoiding. Find an unbiased perspective that can help you better understand the feelings and emotions of your significant other. With an Elevated Health membership you can.

Counseling can be a challenging experience, as you learn new coping strategies, improve interpersonal skills, and begin making positive changes in your life. However, the benefits can be amazing and well worth the time you put into working on the issues that prevent you from living your best life.

As with all our services at Elevated Health, my goal is to provide accessible, affordable, amazing care!
